<br />. <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Board of Adjustment Public Hearing was called to order by Chairman Arnie <br />Cox Tuesday, August 24, 1982 at 7:58 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, regarding Mr. Archie Doroff's <br />request to construct an accessory buil di ng larger than City Code permits. <br /> <br />Members Present: Councilme~berArnie Cox, Chairman <br />Councilmember Al Sorterberg <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Attorney Will i am Goodri ch <br />Reporter Eric Sandin <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mayor Thomas Gamec <br /> <br />Mr. Archie Doroff of 15347 Xenon Street N.W., was present at the public hearing <br />and verbally expressed his request to construct an accessory building larger <br />than City Code permits. <br /> <br />Chairman Cox called for comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Marilyn Gallagher - 6905 151st Ave. N.W. - Inquired as to how large the accessory <br />building will be. <br /> <br />Chairman Cox informed Mrs. Gallagher that Mr. Doroff is requesting a permit for <br />a building to be 26' x 32'. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adjourn the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />and Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Voting Yes: <br />Voting No: <br /> <br />Chairman Cox, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />None.
