<br />. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />Board of Adjustment <br />City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Ramsey City Council held <br />a Board of Adjustment regarding Ralph's Country Meats request for <br />variance on Octoper 28, 1980, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Cox <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br /> <br />fIouneilmancMiekelSon;called.,'the 'meeting to oroeraffi, 7 :42 P.M. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this matter. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to close <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />The public hearing adjourned at 7:45 P.M. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to <br />grant variance from City'Code Section 170.0141 to construct two <br />ingress and egress driveways onto Armstrong Blvd. and variance <br />from City Code Section 170.0151 (6) V to locate gasoline pumps closer <br />than 50 feet to the highway right-of-way, to Ralph Nisson (Ralph's <br />Country Meats) and approving Finding of Fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Conncilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Motion by MAYOR Gamec and seconded by Councilmen-Cox to close the <br />Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox.
