.

.

.

CITY OF RAMSEY
ANOKA COUNTY
STATE OF MINNESOTA

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Board of Adjustment public hearing
was called to order on a variance request in regards to the frontage in the
area of County Road #7 and State Highway #47 at the Ramsey Municipal Center,
15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.

Present: Mayor Gamec
Councilman Reimann
Councilman Mickelson
Councilman Cox

Also Present: City Administrator Schnelle
City Attorney Goodrich
City Engineer Raatikka

Councilman Mickelson called the Board of Adjustment public hearing to order
at 9:08 P.M. and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

Mr. Douglas Mitchell of Progressive Homes was present to request a variance
from the Board of Adjustment to divide by metes and bounds a 40 acre parcel
on the corner of County Road #7 and State Highway #47 and also in regards to
the frontage on the lots.

It was the general concensus of the Council that because of the previous
public hearing on the rezoning from ten acres to two and one-half acres that
Mr. Mitchell wait until the Council had ruled on the rezoning in the Rural
Service Area. If the Council ruled to reduce the lot size in the Rural Service
Area, Mr. Mitchell would then not need the public hearing for the lot size
frontage.

A question of the park fee was raised and was decided to address this later.

Meeting adjourned at 9:14 P.M.
