June 9.1987 <br /> <br />LOCATION: Ramsey Municipal Center. 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. Discussion regarding request for concept review; case of <br />Mr. Dick Carson <br /> <br />As you know. Mr. Carson has appeared before both the <br />Economic Development and Planning and Zoning Commissions <br />to review his concept of a residential development north <br />of Magnesium Street. west of Ramsey Terrace. Mr. Carson <br />would like to develop this area with municipal sewer and <br />water and is considering requesting City participation <br />in the cost to extend the utilities to the area. <br /> <br />Tbe Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed Mr. Carson's <br />concept and recommended that Mr. Carson discuss these <br />plans with adjacent property owners. <br /> <br />The Economic Development Commission reviewed Mr. <br />Carson's concept and requested that a special meeting be <br />scheduled with the Planning Commission to discuss <br />possible long range planning for the extension of <br />utilities west of Flintwood Hills and north of <br />Industrial Avenue. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br />
