Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Police Chief James Way <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the work session of the City Council to order at 5:35 p.m. <br /> <br />WORK SESSION TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) 5-Year Capital Improvement Program Quarterly Report <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that the City Council adopted the 2003-2007 Capital <br />Improvement Program (CIP) at its regular meeting of February 25, 2003. At the City Council <br />meeting of March 2003, Council requested a quarterly update of the 2003-2007 CP. The <br />quarterly update summarized the five main categories of the CIP, which were Site Acquisitions, <br />Street Improvements, Municipal Buildings, Utility System Improvements, and Park <br />Improvements. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman inquired as to what the status was on the Pondvale Estates and City <br />Hall campus drainage issues. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman explained that the Public Works Committee would be discussing that <br />issue at their May meeting.
