The Citizen's Green <br />Tree Committee, sponsored by the Park and Recreation Commission, welcomes your <br />attendance. <br />For more information about composting, trees or the Citizen's Green Tree <br />Committee, call Bruce Bacon, Environmental Specialist, or Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities <br />Coordinator, at 427-1410 or 427-1741. <br /> <br />THANK YOU FROM THE RAMSEY <br />VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> <br />Adults and kids alike enjoyed themselves at the open house. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Volunteer Fire Department open house was <br />a huge success thanks to the Ramsey Fire Department <br />Women's Auxiliary, the many businesses that contributed <br />money and door prizes and to the people that attended. <br />The Fire Department members still hear sirens and air <br />horn blasts in their sleep due to the hundreds of kids that <br />enjoyed the fire trucks. And yes, we still have red balloons <br />floating in the ceiling at the station. <br />The members of the Department and the Women's <br />Auxiliary again want to say 'thank you' for visiting and we <br />hope you had a great time because the open house is for <br />you, the citizens of Ramsey. <br /> <br />ill <br /> <br />TOYS FOR JOY <br /> <br />Share the joy of Christmas with your neighbors in Anoka <br />County! The Anoka County Board of Realtors, ABC <br />Newspapers, Anoka Christmas Club and Anoka Area <br />Chamber of Commerce are again sponsoring the 'Toys for <br />Joy' campaign for Anoka County children, infant through 17 <br />years of age. Your donation may include NEW unwrapped <br />toys, gifts, cash and non-perishable food items. Older <br />children may enjoy watches, calculators, curling irons, etc. <br />You may also direct funds toward food items by simply noting <br />this on your check. Drop-off sites include select real estate <br />offices, Metropolitan Federal Banks, ABC Newspapers, <br />Ramsey Municipal Center and LeTourneau's Super Valu.
