The City, during the past year, initiated or completed several <br />studies or changes in the areas of transportation, land use, shoreland, parks, <br />finance and general operations. At the same time, more building permits were <br />issued than atany time in Ramsey's history. Hopefully, through it all we were able <br />to maintain quality service delivery to the public in a cost-effective, efficient <br />manner. The following is an overview of 1993. <br /> <br />Community DevelQpmentlEniineerini <br />During 1993, we issued 377 permits for new homes with a total of 2,089 <br />pennits issued (includes wells, decks, additions, commercial buildings, etc.). <br />Total value of permits the past three years have been: <br /> <br />1991: $15,212,850 1992: $27,083,600 1993: $39,042,750 <br /> <br />As a result of the above, we expect continued growth of the community as <br />follows: <br /> <br />...
