ANNUAL COMMUNITY PICNIC <br /> <br />FLYING HIGH WITHOUT DRUGS <br /> <br /> <br />The Ramsey Business EXPO and Community <br />Picnic will be held at Central Park on Saturday, June 3, <br />J 1995. The City sponsors the Business EXPO and <br />J encourages all residents to attend and meet their local <br />~:~ business people. The EXPO is from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 <br />::~ p.m. Admission is free, but a donation for local food <br />m shelves is requested. This year's event includes on-site <br />food sales, entertainment and events for every member <br />of the family. If you fmd an item that is not yours, please turn it over to the parks <br />keeper or put it in the lost and found located at the Park Center Building in Central <br />Park. <br /> <br />LASTING LANDSCAPES <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />:~: Once again, Anoka County Master Gardeners are <br />I offering summer Lasting Landscapes classes. On July <br />120, "Alternatives to Pesticides" will be discussed, with <br />::: a focus on controlling plant pests common to Anoka <br />:~: County. On August 22, learn the latest techniques for <br />::: "Composting and Worm Composting." All programs <br />::: will be held from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at the Bunker Hills <br />::: Activities Center in Andover. The fee is $4/person per <br />J session (one week pre-registration by mail is required). <br />::: Contact the Anoka County Extension Service at <br />m 755-1280 for a brochure. <br />
