This vacancy was created when ~ <br />Natalie Haas Steffen resigned from the Ramsey City Council ~ <br />in April 1999, to accept an appointment to the Metropolitan ~ <br />Council. ~ <br />Residents may vote absentee during City Hall regular ~ <br />business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) beginning Friday, ~ <br />June 18, 1999. City Hall will also be open additional hours ~ <br />~ <br />to allow absentee voting as follows: Saturday, July 17, 1999, ~ <br />~ <br />from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Monday, July 19, 1999, ~ <br />until 7:00 p.m. ~ <br />The five polling places will be open on Election Day ~ <br />~ <br />from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The addresses are as follows: ~ <br />. We are looking for <br />the following types of entries for the parade: non-profit, <br />commercial, community, animal, novelty, floats, danceline, <br />color guard, politicians, royalty in a car, children, and <br />marching bands of all types. The parade will take place on <br />Saturday, September 18, 1999, at 4:00 p.m. along Nowthen <br />Blvd. (also known as County Road 5). Please contact Melissa <br />Petrangelo at City Hall by phone at 612/427-1410 or by <br />e-mail atmpetrangelolalci.ramsev.mn.us to enter the parade. <br />There is no fee for parade entrants. <br />The craftlboutique fair, sponsored by the Ramsey <br />Women of Today, is seeking entrants. The craftlboutique <br />fair will take place at Ramsey Elementary on Saturday, <br />September 18, 1999 from 9 a.rh. - 3 p.m. Please contact <br />Karol Jensen-Schneider at 612/421-3314 or Carol Pioske at <br />612/427-1533 to reserve a space. <br />
