<br />Councilmember Strommen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-01-004 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2007 CITY OF RAMSEY HOUSING & <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND BUDGET <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, <br />2007 is hereby adopted for the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Fund as follows: <br /> <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Taxes (HRA Levy) <br />Interest Earnings <br />Total Revenues <br /> <br />$312,443 <br />$ 700 <br />$313.143 <br /> <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />Personal Services <br />Services and Charges <br />Capital Outlay <br />Other Financing Uses- <br />Operating Transfers <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures <br /> <br />85,279 <br />42,700 <br />184,464 <br /> <br />o <br />$312.443 <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Look <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br />
