Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />ParkslUtilities Supervisor Mark Riverblood <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Strommen called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 5:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Chairperson Strommen, to approve the agenda <br />as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Chairperson Strommen, Councilmember Jeffrey and Mayor <br />Gamec. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Adopt Discretionary Expenditures Policy <br /> <br />Chairperson Strommen indicated the draft Discretionary Expenditures Policy is included for the <br />Committee's review, as well as financial reports of expenditures from the past few years the <br />Committee requested to review. <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund indicated the items listed are for miscellaneous operating expenses, <br />training, travel, meals and lodging.
