The
Police suggested the Stenoiens maintain a list of addresses on all the dogs that are loose. She
indicated maintaining a list of offensive dogs would be difficult, as she holds onto two leashes for
her pets. She suggested a Police Bike Patrol be created to apprehend stray dogs.
