BOARD OF REVIEW <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Review reconvened on Tuesday, April 22, 1996, at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Gamec <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Diana Stellmach, Anoka County Assessor's Office <br />Janice Gallagher, Anoka County Assessor's Office <br />John Lichter, Resident <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec reconvened the Board of Review meeting at 6:46 p.m. <br /> <br />BOARD OF REVIEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />The Board of Review reviewed the actions of the Anoka County Assessor with regard to the <br />properties requesting reviews. No Information Available Yet <br /> <br />Ms. Stellmach, Anoka County Assessor's Office, reported that Waltek is not resolved and they <br />will be appearing before the County Board. <br /> <br />Upon inquiry, John Lichter, 24-32-25-12-0003, stated that with the reduction in his property <br />value, at least it does not give him the maximum rate of increase over the next three years.
