PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on Monday, March 4, 1996 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to hear input <br />regarding a request to rezone certain property from B-1 Business to R-1 Urban Residential; case of <br />Blaine Edmundson. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Ben Deemer <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski ' <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the public hearing to order at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Blaine Edmundson is in the process of platting Brandseth, <br />which consists of approximately 22 acres located west of T.H. #47 and south of 153rd Avenue. <br />The property is currently zoned B-1 Business, and Mr. Edmundson proposes to retain the <br />commercial zoning on the east half of the plat with the western half being rezoned to single family <br />urban residential lots. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
