Councilmember Tossey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #12 -02 -022 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2012 CITY OF RAMSEY ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2012 <br />is hereby adopted for the Economic Development Authority Fund as follows: <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Taxes (EDA Levy) $169,853 <br />Interest Earnings $3,000 <br />Total Revenues $172,853 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />Personal Services 103,742 <br />Supplies 8,500 <br />Services and Charges 60,480 <br />Capital Outlay 0 <br />Other Financing Uses — <br />Operating Transfers 0 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $172,722 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Wise, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />Councilmember Wise <br />Councilmember Backous <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />
