<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #14-01-016 <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING REVISED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF COR THREE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”, has properly applied for preliminary plat approval of COR <br />THREE on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />th <br />Outlots D, Ramsey Town Center 8 Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on May 7, 2012, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan from Housing and Redevelopment Authority for a plat to be named COR THREE; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Section 117-588 of City Codes requires the platting of four or more lots to be <br />processed as a major subdivision; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on June 7, 2012 the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on June 8, 2012, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for COR <br />THREE to the City; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on June 15, 2012, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat COR THREE; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Applicant submitted an application for a final plat application on June 28, <br />2012; and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS <br />, on July 10, 2012, the City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary <br />plat for COR THREE <br />; <br />and <br /> <br />th <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City Council approved the final plat on July 10, 2012 as required under City <br />Code Section 117-588; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the required Stage I Improvements have already been completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the HRA has requested a revised final plat that includes only four (4) lots on the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants revised final plat approval of COR THREE in accordance <br />with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
