Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lurid <br />Assistant Director of Public Works Brian Olson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamcc called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />I) Fiscal Impact Analysis <br /> <br />Rusty Fi field, representative of Hoisington Koegler, presented the Council with the Fiscal Impact <br />Analysis for the City of Ramsey.
