This hearing is to receive i~pu% from property owners ~n this area in regard to the street improvement° Mr. 3ha 9resented the feasibility study. The total cost of the improvement is f:;24,000; ~ ts_]_ u~its 87; cost per unit :[~65.52~ cost over a ~en year per:,oa - aaz~aez~,, :.~137.47 sn~ over s fJ.fteen year period annual aavmez~t ~106.00.
