Arthur Dunn ~e~ald Zimmerman Motion by Ken Peters0n, second d ~Ron West to approve the minutes of November 7,' 1977 with the fO~l~wing COrrection: Item ~1, line 11 read that monies were ~ot av~ila~e~and~sho.$'Id read that monies were now avaiI- Mr. Carl E. Anderson was ag4n~pre~e~t and Phil Nereson informed the~ Co~mission that he had had-c~n~ersation with Mr. Cliff Aichinger reg~.~rding the propose8 zoning change. ~'P~il Nereson exolained that M~ ~icbinger dmd ma~ was not ~vai!able since :~h~ o~ers .did not wa~t to ~nvest in field ?~ork until there was a need ~fo~ a p'ublic hearing. A1 Sorteberg asked about the progress on the C~i~s critical Rivers Corridor Plan and Phil Nereson stSted that the Cit~ s~ould ~e ready to enter into a contract [with a P]a~ner soon after the lift, of :the year~ Phi. 1 Nereson again explaine~ t~.Mr. Anderson the choices on proceeding that were mentioned at the ~ov~mbe.r 7, 1977 meeting,~and outlined the ste~s necessary to brinM th~ ~atter to final plat aoproval. Mr. Anderso~ will have a meeting wit~ hi~ c~ient and get back to Mr. Nereson regarding how they wish to proceed. ~ Item 2.
