REGULAR MzET~,G OF RAi~EY TO~'~$HIP P~_~.NN~,~G AND ZON~r.- COY,~iITTEEw <br /> <br />April 6, 1970 <br /> <br />Me~ers present were Clyde Russell, Allen Sorteberg, Gary Rieman, Bill Pittman, <br />Leonard Lewis, Wmo Springer, Roland Skipton and all members of the Town Board. <br />Minutes of the last meeting were read by the Chairman, motion made that they be <br />accepted by Roland Skipton,secondedby Allen Sorteberg, motion passed. <br /> <br />A memo from the Totem Board was read by al! members regarding~ an ordinance <br />to control trailer parks; ~_ether or not the ordinance should should be repealed <br />or ammended, etc, <br /> <br />Proposed new ordinance on trailer parks, number 7-35A was read by the Chairman <br />and. then discussed by members and interested parties. <br /> <br />Proposed changes were; <br />1. double size Lots for double trailers. <br />2. min~aum size of trailer 12~ X 45'° <br />3o all utility lines with in the trailer park shall be buried° <br />4o 5 units per acre° <br />5o shade tree size? <br />6o cement side~lkso <br /> <br />Motion made by Clyde Russell that we table the proposed ordinance for more <br />research until April 13, 1970. seconded by Wm, Springer~ motion passed. <br /> <br />Bob Stoll appeared before ~he Committee in regards to a faulty fire.place, <br />referred to the building inspector° <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 10.00 pmo <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Committee <br /> <br /> <br />
