December <br /> <br />1, 1969 - Regular <br /> <br />Zoning Meeting <br /> <br />Members present - Bill Springer, Alex Springer, Bill Pittman, <br /> <br />Chairman, Clyde Russel - Leonard Lewis - Allen Sorteberg .~gu~/ ~.~ <br />Building Inspector - Dick Barstow and Attorney Landol J. Locher. <br /> <br /> Gary Gorham appeared at the meeting in regard to the <br /> <br />action of the Town Board at their last regular meeting at which <br />time they apposed a permit, for a mobile home park for Gilbert <br />Menkveld on a tract of land now zoned industrial, described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> A petition was presented which stated in part that the <br />electorats should have been given a chance to be heard at a meeting, <br />before any action was taken - no action by board. <br /> <br /> The Attorney stated that there is no district law against <br /> <br />a trailer park in industrial $one. <br /> <br /> Motion by Clyde Russel of recommending the following in <br />regard to mobile parks - seconded by Alex Springer. Passed <br />unanimously. See attached. <br /> <br /> Discussion on street signs - The Board requests that the <br />Town Board take up the matter of street signs - meeting adjorned <br />at 10:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />
