PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> City of Ramsey <br /> Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br />P & 'Z -1- <br />9/2/80 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Ramsey's Planning <br />& Zoning Commission held a Public Hearing at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 on September 2, 1980 <br />to consider the application o£ Raymond Mox to subdivide his property <br />by metes & bounds. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Ken Peterson (Chairman) <br />Benjamin Deemer <br />Art Dunn <br />Harry Ellis <br />Gerald Zimmerman <br />Kathy Schneider <br />Ron West <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and <br />explained the purpose of the meeting was for anyone who is interested <br />to comment on Mr. Raymond Mox's request to either place two dwelling <br />units on the one ten-acre parcel or subdivide the parcel into two <br />five-acre lots. The ten-acre parcel is located on the southwest <br />corner of 161st Avenue N.W. and Armstrong Blvd. <br /> <br />Mr. & Mrs. Raymond Mox were present at the meeting along with their <br />son, Morey Mox. <br /> <br />There was no public input. <br /> <br />Mr. Raymond Mox commented that there was one house on the parcel already <br />and they would like to build an additional house. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Carol Lattery <br />Secretary <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING Page 1 9/2/80 <br /> <br /> <br />
