PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> City of Ramsey <br /> Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br />P&Z -1- <br />7/7/80 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Ramsey's Planning <br />& Zoning Commission held a Public Hearing at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303, on July 7, 1980 to <br />consider the application of Bonnie Abel for a conditional use permit for <br />the purpose of operating a beauty shop in her home. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Benjamin Deemer <br />Art Dunn <br />Harry Ellis <br />Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br />Clayton Berg, Bldg. Official <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. and explained <br />the purpose of the meeting was for anyone who is interested to comment on <br />the conditional use permit request of Bonnie Abel to operate a beauty <br />shop in her home at 5210 - 155th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Ms. Bonnie Abel, 5210 - 155th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Ms. Abel introduced Sue Johnson who is going to Pun the business. She <br />said there was a beauty shop in her home when she bought it.
