PLANNING & ZONING COIv~ISSION <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Ramsey's Planning <br />& Zoning Commission held a public hearing at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 on March 3, 1980. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Ben Deemer <br />Harry Ellis <br />Lloyd Schnelle <br />Arlene Stafford <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:35 P.M. <br />explaining that this is a public hearing to discuss and receive input <br />regarding a request from Diane Schaefbauer for approval of a Beauty Shop <br />to be operated in her home. The property is located at 8662 - 168th Ave <br />N.W. Lot 9, Block 1, Autumn Heights. <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. Schaefbauer explained the operation of the Beauty Shop, having <br />a separate entrance, appointment only, one operator and approx~nate hours. <br /> <br />The P & Z Commission questioned the traffic, to not allow street parking. <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson closed the public hearing at 7:40 P.M. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />Arlene Stafford <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br /> -1- <br /> <br />Public.
