He feels <br />the neighbors wouldn't notice that a business would be present in his <br />residence. <br /> <br />Paragraphs 170.016 through 170.016F (Conditional Use Permits) apply in <br />the approval or disapproval of this conditional use permit application. <br /> <br />8:30 - PUBLIC ~ING ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT~ CASE OF FAITH BAPTIST <br />CHURCH <br /> <br /> City ordinance is silent on zoning for a church. However, a condi- <br />tional use permit was used in the granting of Faith Baptist Church at its <br />present location. At that time the conditional use permit was granted <br />for the converting of a residential dwelling to a church. However, for <br />now they want to build a new house of worship and use, if possible, the old <br />residential ~dwelling as a residential dwelling for the minister. <br /> <br />In the granting of this conditional use permit you will be guided by the <br />following paragraphs in the City Code - 170.016A through 170.016F. <br /> <br /> <br />
