Councilmember Shryock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-011 <br />RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH MNDOT FOR <br />STATE TRUNK HIGHWAY 47 SOUNDWALL LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey and Minnesota Department of Transportation enter into <br />a cooperative agreement for landscape improvements along the sound wall on Trunk Highway 47. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The City Council act as sponsoring unit for the project identified as SP0206-969A (TH 47 <br />Sound wall) on the State Trunk Highway 47. <br />2) Grant Riemer, Public Works Superintendent is hereby authorized to apply to the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation for funding of this project on behalf of City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Riley <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Existing Vacancy <br />
