He stated this issue is causing a hardship in getting the <br />pr<q~crty sold. <br /> <br />Assistant Coimnunity Development Director Frolik advised that she and Community <br />l)cvclopment Director Trudgeon met with Mr. Deemer, and confirmed he does need a variance. <br />She stated the property is zoned for up to seven units an acre. She indicated he is just shy of <br />meeting thc requirements for eight units, which has been explained to him. She stated he will <br />nccd a variance, but first will need a site plan to show the layout with eight units. <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Johnson noted the Planning Commission could hear the case at the June 23rd <br />mecting. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik stated Mr. Deemer would need to get his <br />application in as soon as possible to meet that meeting date. <br /> <br />Planning Commission/June 2, 2005 <br /> Page 1 of 22 <br /> <br /> <br />
