BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANC~A COUN~Y <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a special meeting on Thursday, <br />February 11, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />P~msey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. RDy Sh~way, Chairman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Gerald Zi~merman <br /> <br />Also Present: Corm~unity Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br /> <br />Chairman Sh~m~ay called the special Board of Adjustment meeting to order at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />F A <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />Case #2: Appoint Chairman And Vice Chairman For The Board Of <br /> Adjustment For 1988. <br /> <br />Case #3: Consider Meeting Scheduling Procedure; Case Of Commissioner <br /> Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners LaDue, <br />Hendriksen, Howell and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Commissioners Terry and Holm. <br /> <br />Chairman Sh~ay adjourned the special meeting at 7:34 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br />Request for variance to construct a sign larger than permitted by <br />Section 170.05 of the Ramsey City Code; case of Scenic Sign <br /> Board of Adjustment/February 11, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
