Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-20 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br />State of Minnesota, established a Bond Administrative Trust Fund #808 <br />which is to cover costs to administer City bond funds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, General Obligation Bond Fund 1981 ($815M) #555 <br />owes the Bond Administration Trust Fund #808 $39,185.23 which is for <br />the following construction project funds: <br /> <br />#81-4 $10,964.43 <br />#81-6 $ 8,721.29 <br />#81-9 $ 5,777.46 <br />#81-10 $ 7,776.84 <br />#8~-~1 $ (47.52) <br />#81-12 $ 138.34 <br />#81-14 $ 45.70 <br />#81-15 $ (10.41) <br />#81-19 $ 4,707.73 <br />#81-20 $ 1,121.37 <br /> <br />TOTAL $39,185.23 <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That it is hereby directed that the General Obligation <br />Bond Fund 1981 ($815M) #555 Transfer $39,185.23 to the Bond Administrative <br />Trust Fund #808 which is to be used in covering the City's cost in ad- <br />ministering during the life of the above said bond issue. <br /> <br /> 2) That it be further directed that the Accounting Department <br />be furnished a copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Reimann, Sorteberg and Van Wagner <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
