Councilmember Schlueter introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #85-8 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON DRAINAGE PROBLEM IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 984-246 of the Ramsey <br />City Council adopted December 11, 1.984, a report has been <br />prepared by City Engineer Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. with reference to the surface water drainage <br />problem existing in the area north of 150th Lane and west of <br />County Road 956 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) and this report was received <br />by the Ramsey City Council on January 22, 1985. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council will consider the surface <br />water drainage problem existing in the area north of 150th Lane <br />and west of County Road #56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Chapter <br />210.01 of the Ramsey City Code at an estimated cost of the <br />improvement of $ 8,]00.00 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Mayor Heitman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Schlueter, Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br /> the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of Jan~ua~~85. <br /> <br /> I-~/~ // /~ -- ~ Mayor ~ <br />- ~~/A~i~i st]/ator/'Clsrk <br /> / <br /> <br /> <br />
