<br />. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Ramsey City Boardbf Adjustment <br />held a public hearing on June 25, 1979 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Members Present: Acting Mayor Reimann <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br /> <br />Others Present: City Adm. Schnelle <br />City Engr. Sha <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Cox <br /> <br />Chairman Mickelson called the Board of Adjustment to order at 7:47 P.M. <br />announcing that the purpose of this hearing is to consider a request and <br />receive input regarding a variance on the construction of an accessory <br />building by Mr. Earl McNiff at 17431 St. Francis Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303. The applicant proposes to construct an accessory <br />building larger than 1200 square feet on a parcel of land approximately <br />10.65 acres. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Discussion held regarding the appearance of the outside facing of the building. <br /> <br />Motion liy' ActingMayor Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to <br />grant a variance to Earl McNiff for a building permit to build an accessory <br />building 32' X 46',1,472 square feet; the exterior color of the building <br />shall be color coded to match the house. The use of this building will <br />be strictly for his own personal use and no commercial enterprise is to <br />be conducted in the building. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmen Mickelson and <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Acting Mayor Reimann, seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to close <br />the Board of Adjustment hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
