Mr. Gromberg was instructed to order the engraving of the inductee plaque and Council chamber
plaque with 'all of the Hall of Fame members. Chairperson Wagner volunteered to contact Mr.
Noard to inform him of this honor and to encourage him to participate in the 1996 Business
Appreciation event.

Case #3: Game Fair Booth

This year the City will again have a booth during the Game Fair. The Game Fair will be conducted
the weekends of August 9-11 and August 16-18. As always, volunteers are needed to work at the
event so that the same people don't spend both weekends at the booth. Included with your agenda
packet is a copy of the proposed schedule. This year the shifts have been reduced from 4.5 hours
to 3 hours with the hope that this would be more appealing to volunteers. The schedule will be
brought back to the next meeting to determine if the Commission will need to work additional
shifts. City Council members and Staff will be receiving the schedule after tonight's meeting to
determine open spaces for volunteers.

STAFF UPDATES

A)

Building Projects: Mr. Gromberg updated the Commission on the current projects in
both the A.E.C.
