Planning Commission public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated December 5, <br /> 1995. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Case #1: DETERMINE PARK DEDICATION FOR FOX KNOLL 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br />Mr. Rick Murray of Residential Development, Inc., has submitted a revised sketch plan for Fox <br />Knoll 2nd Addition which is proposed to be subdivided into 42 single family lots served by <br />municipal water and sanitary sewer. <br /> <br />After a meeting with City Staff, it was concluded that an on-road "B" trail (sidewalk) along the <br />easterly north-south road (Sodium Street) would not be practical along the short segment of <br /> <br /> Park and Recreation Commission/January 11, 1996 <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
