SECTION 5. TERM <br /> <br />The term of this Ordinance shall be for a period of six (6) months commencing with its <br />effective date. The term may be extended after approval by the City Council for an <br />additional period not exceeding twenty four (24) months, as provided for in Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 462.355, Subd. 4. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. PENALTIES <br /> <br />Any person, firm, entity or corporation that undertakes any development activity in <br />violation of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall <br />be subject to any additional legal or equitable remedies available to the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 7.
