shall bc paid to the City. ~Vhen the Zoning Administrator has determined that the application <br />is' complete, it shall be forwarded to the Planning Commission for review. <br /> <br /> Snbd. 54. Before voting on the enactment of an amendment, the Planning <br />Commission shall hold a public hearing thereon, pursuant to public notice. It shall be the <br />responsibility of the Zoning Administrator to have notice of the time, place, and purpose of the <br />public hearing published in the official city newspaper prior to the hearing. Also, when an <br />amendment involves ohanges in district boundaries affecting an area of ~q-ve-twenty ($2__0_) acres <br />or less, a written notice of the hearing stating its time, place, and purpose shall be mailed by the <br />Zoning Administrator at least ten (10) days prior to the day of the hearing to each owner of <br />affected property and property situated wholly or partly within 350 feet of the property to which <br />the amendment relates. For the purpose of giving mailed notice, the Zoning Administrator may <br />use any appropriate records to determine the names and addresses of owners. A cop3' cf tke <br /> <br />to give mailed notice to individual property owners, oi' defects in the notice, shall not invalidate <br />the proceedings, provided a bona fide attempt to Comply with this Section has been made. <br /> <br /> Subd. 66. If, after any public hearing upon an amendment, the proposed <br />amendment is revised or further revised to include land previously not affected by it, the <br />Planning Commission shall hold another public hearing, pursuant to public notice, before <br />proceeding to vote on the amendment. <br /> <br /> Subd. 76.
