That the proposed exception will be harmonious with and in accordance with the specific <br />objectives of the City's existing Comprehensive Plan and will not adversely affect the <br />planning process for adoption of amendments to'the Comprehensive Plan above <br />described. <br /> <br />That the proposed use/subdivision will be consistent with the intent and purpose of th/s <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. TERB/I <br /> <br />The term of tiffs. Ordinance shall be for a period of twenty-four (24) months commencing with its <br />effective date. The term may be extended after approval by the City Council for an additional <br />period not exceeding six (6) months, as provided' for in Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.355, <br />Subd. 4. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. PENALTIES <br /> <br />Any person, firm, entity or corporation that undertakes any development activity in violation' of <br />the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to any <br />additional [egai or equitable remedies available to the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 7.
