However, the City may also <br />wish to consider approaching the Developer to increase his contribution on future development <br />phases. It may be appropriate to consider the fact that the eight-foot bituminous trail which was <br />proposed along the southern boundary of the plat, became the impetus for the sidewalk along <br />145th Lane. The elimination of 1600 ft. of trail represented a savings to the developer of <br />$11,262 (1422 yd2 ~ 7.92).
