c) The Regulated Aircraft at all times maintains compliance with the noise standards as found in <br />the Ham Lake City Code, and at all times maintains compliance with the rules and regulations of <br />any other agency having jurisdiction over the activities of the aircraft or the operator; <br /> <br />d) The Regulated Aircraft is used for personal usage only, and not regularly used for landing and <br />takeoffs for business purposes; <br /> <br />e) The usage is limited to a maximum of twelve landings and twelve takeoffs per calendar year. <br /> <br />f) The operation has received (and at all times maintains good standing under) a favorable <br />determination letter from the Federal Aviation Administration issued under Part 157 of Federal <br />Aviation Regulations. <br /> <br />9-470.3 All Other Zoning Districts <br /> <br />Regulated Aircraft may land or take off from lands zoned other than as described in Articles 9- <br />470.1 and 9.470.2 upon the obtaining of a Conditional Use Permit or Temporary Conditional Use <br />Permit, and subject to any conditions imposed by such permit, provided, that one of the conditions <br />shall be that the operation has received and at all times maintains good standing under a favorable <br />determination letter from the Federal Aviation Administration issued under Part 157 of Federal <br />Aviation Regulations. <br /> <br />9-470.4 Exemptions <br /> <br />The provisions of Article 9-470 shall not apply to any regulated aircraft which was being used on <br />or before March 1, 2000, if the location from which landings and takeoffs occurred had been <br />approved under a favorable determination letter dated prior to March 1, 2000, issued by the Federal <br />Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, pursuant to Federal Aviation <br />Regulations Part 157, or any other pertinent regulation, after due notice and review by said agency. <br /> <br />Presented to the Ham Lake City Council on February 7, 2000 and adopted on February 22, 2000. <br /> <br />Gary Kirkeide, Mayor <br /> <br />Doris A.
