The plant <br />material to be installed in the center median is known to have moderate tO high tolerance to <br />salt. Furthermore, above and beyond the rrfinimum planting requirements, there will also be <br />roughly 400 flowers installed around the units and in the center median. <br /> <br />Staff needs to have plans showing the remaining eight un/ts. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Architectural Standards: Building elevations have been provided. Exterior materials of <br />the townhouse units will consist of vinyl siding and the roofs will have asphalt shingles. The <br />exterior materials for the proposed cottages meet City Code requirements. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2003, at the Ramsey Fire <br />Station #1, 15050 Armstrong Blvd., to review your site plan.
