areas free of any ice or any snow accumulations of two (2) or more inches within twenty-four <br />(24) hours of the storm's completion. <br /> <br />8.60.05 Immediate Health .and Safety Hazards. The following are considered <br />immediate hazards to health and safety for human occupancy: <br /> <br />Heating systems that are unsafe due to: burned out or rusted out heat <br />exchanges (fire box); burned out or plugged flues; not being vented <br />properly; being connected with unsafe gas supplies, failing to meet the <br />minimum heating standards set forth in ~8. 60. 03 Subd. 8 of this Chapter. <br /> <br />Water heaters that are unsafe due to: burned out or rusted out heat <br />exchanges (fire box); burned out, rusted out, or plugged flues; not being <br />vented properly; being connected with unsafe gas supplies; or lack of <br />temperature and pressure relief valves. <br /> <br />Electrical systems that are unsafe due to: dangerous overloading; damaged <br />or deteriorated equipment; improperly taped or spliced wiring; exposed or <br />non-insulated wires; distribution systems of extension cords or other <br />temporary methods, ungrounded system, ungrounded appliances in contact <br />with earth. <br /> <br />Plumbing systems that are inoperable or unsanitary due to: leaking waste <br />systems, fixtures, and traps; lack of a water closet; lack of washing and <br />bathing facilities; cross cormection of pure water supply with fixtures of <br />sewage lines,-br system failure. <br /> <br />Structural systems, walls, chimneys, ceilings, roofs, foundations, and floor <br />systems that will not safely carry imposed loads. <br /> <br />Rubbish, garbage, human waste, decaying dead animals, animal waste, other <br />materials rendering it unsanitary for human occupancy. <br /> <br />g. Infestation of rodents, insects, vermin, and other pests. <br /> <br />Water supply that is inoperable or unsanitary due to: leaking supply pipes, <br />fixtures, and traps, cross connection with sewage lines, or system failure. <br /> <br />8.60.06 ProVisions and Maintenance of Basic Services and Utilities in Manufactured <br /> Home Parks <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical SerVices. Every owner of a <br />mobile home park shall be responsible for the provision and maintenance of plumbing, heating <br />and electrical service to each mobile home. All utilities shall be constructed, installed and <br /> <br />14 -325- <br /> <br /> <br />
