PC CASE # <br /> <br />CONSIDER ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br />FOR POLICE SERGEANT <br /> By: Givonna Reed, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />At its November 26, 2002 meeting, the City Council promoted Bradley Paplham to the <br />position of full-time Police Sergeant effective November 27, 2002. Mr. Paplham has <br />successfully completed his six-month probationary period and the Police Chief <br />recommends that Mr. Paplham be retained as a full-time regular Police Sergeant. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />Based on satisfactory completion of the sixth-month probationary period, staff <br />recommends that Bradley Paplham be retained as a full-time regUlar Police Sergeant. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution ending the probationary <br />period for Bradley Paplham and granting status as a full-time regular Police Sergeant. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Police Chief <br />Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br />Personnel File <br /> <br />PC: 06-24-03 <br /> <br />-409- <br /> <br /> <br />
