Coun¢ilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />AARON MADSEN, PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Aaron Madsen began working for the City November 12, 2002 and <br />was subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Madsen has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its June 10, 2003 meeting agreed with <br />the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for Aaron Madsen, effective <br />May 12, 2003. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Aaron Madsen, effective <br />May 12, 2003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of Che foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmelnber , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 24th day of June, 2003. <br /> <br />-408- <br /> <br /> <br />
