PC CASE # <br /> <br />CONSIDER ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br />FOR PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER <br />By: Givonna Reed, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />Effective November 1, 2002, Aaron Madsen was hired as a Public Works Maintenance <br />Worker. Mr. Madsen has successfully completed his six-month probationary per/od and <br />the Public Works Director recommends retaining Mr. Madsen as a full-time regular <br />Public Works Maintenance Worker. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />Based on satisfactory completion of the sixth-month probationary period, staff <br />recommends that Aaron Madsen be retained as a full-time regular Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution ending the probationary <br />period for Mr. Madsen and granting status as a full-time regular Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Public Works Director <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br />Personnel File <br /> <br />PC: 06-24-03 <br /> <br />-407- <br /> <br /> <br />
