Motion by Commissioner Johns and seconded by Commissioner Skinner to approve the agenda <br />as stated with the exception of reversing Case #1, Recommend Park Dedication for the Proposed <br />Rabbit Run Subdivision, and Case #4, Determine Budget for 1996 Improvements for Emerald <br />Pond Park. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
