but is not scheduled yet. He talked about it being incorporated with the construction for 1999. 2)
Extension of C.R. #116 from C.R. #56 to C.R. #83 - This is one project that's currently listed in
the Five-year Plan - for 1998. We need to make sure it retains its place on the list. 3) Further
extension of C.R. #116 from C.R. #83 to T.H. #10 - This would provide some relief of traffic on
Highway #10. 4) Additional traffic lanes C.R. #116 from T.H. #47 to C.R. #57 - We anticipate a
great deal of traffic from the industrial area. Anoka is providing through lanes. This is on the
County's current list. 5) Additional traffic lanes C.R. #57 from C.R. #116 to T.H. #10, 6)
reconstruct C.R. #83 from C.R. #63 to C.R. #22 - That's the little bit of Armstrong that did not
get built; and 7) reconstruct C.S.A.H. #27 (179th Lane) from C.R. #7 to T.H. #47.

Councilmember Zimmerrnan felt that the City should make certain that #6 remains on the list. He
felt that #1 should be the highest priority. He inquired about widening #116 from Sunfish Lake
Boulevard to Highway ~47 and asked about Anoka's feelings about this.

Mr. Schroeder stated that Anoka is anxious to talk about this.

Councilmember Zimmerman asked if that could be added as a third priority. He suggested that the
last leg of C.R. #83 could be left for sometime in the future and also the reconstruction of 179th
Lane from C.R. #7 to T.H. #47. They should be kept on the list but not necessarily pushed for.

Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to recommend
Council prioritize the projects as follows: 1) realignment of C.S.A.H. #5 and T.H. #47, 2)
extension of C.R. #116 between C.R. #56 and C.R. #83, C.R. #116 between C.R. #57 and T.H.
~7 and C.R. #57 between C.R. #116 and T.H. #10; and 3) Improvement of C.R. #63 between
C.R. #83 and C.S.A.H. #5.

Motion carded.
