eo <br /> <br />investigation may be conducted by the City before earth <br />moving equipment is removed from the property. <br /> <br />After completion of an industrial solid waste land disposal <br />facility, a detailed description, including a plat, must be <br />recorded with the county recorder. The description must <br />include general types and Iocation of wastes, depth of fill, and <br />other information of interest to future land owners. <br /> <br />If the completed site is to be cultivated, the integrity of the <br />finished surface must not be disturbed by agricultural <br />cultivation activities. If cultivated, a sufficient depth of cover <br />material to allow cultivation and to support vegetation must be <br />maintained. <br /> <br />Prohibited Locations for Construction and-Operation of Solid <br />Waste Management Facilities. An owner or operator may not <br />establish or construct a solid waste management facility in the <br />following areas: <br /> <br />1. Within a floodplain. <br /> <br />2. Within a shoreland area governed by Chapters 6105 and.6120. <br /> <br />3. Within a wetland. <br /> <br />Within a location where emissions of air pollutants would <br />violate the ambient air quality standards in parts 7005.0010 to <br />7005.3060, <br /> <br />In areas where there are karst features, such as sinkholes, <br />solution channels, disappearing streams, and caves, which may <br />cause failures of the leachate management system or prevent <br />effective monitoring or containment of a release of leachate; <br /> <br />In areas where there are other unstable soil or bedrock <br />conditions that may cause failures of the leachate management <br />system; or <br /> <br />Where an airport runway used or scheduled for use by turbojet <br />aircraft is located within 10,000 feet of the waste boundary, or <br />an airport runway used or scheduled for use by piston type <br />aircraft only is located within 5,000 feet of the waste boundary, <br />unless approval is obtained from the Federal Aviation <br />Administration. <br /> <br />9-124 <br /> <br />115 <br /> <br /> <br />
