General Development Standards. A P~ng PI~ shall be <br />prepared as p~ of the Development PI~ to ad&ess the number, locatio~ shag <br />a~angements, and public use when applicable. ~e P~ng Plan shall also aaempt to <br />anticipate to the extent possible, how to address longer te~ p~king ~gements if the <br />possibiliW of use conversion or building expansion exists. P~g shall be provided <br />under any of the following ~gements: <br /> <br /> a. Off-s~eet parking ~ the TC-1 and 2 Sub-Dis~cts shall be sec~ed <br /> for public use t~ough p~k~g easements and other appropriate <br /> conveyances. Individual bus~esses located in the TC-I Sub- <br /> District shall not secure p~g spaces unless they can be <br /> accommodated in a park~g s~c~re or ~side a build~g.
