For nonresidential uses, the <br />maximum amoun* of surface parking shall not exceed the specified <br />minimum by more than 25 percent. If additional parking is desired, <br />it must be placed under~ound, within an enclosed building, or in a <br />tuck-under garage. <br /> <br />The City may require payment of an amount equal to the value of <br />the required parking on a per stall price basis.
