If a Subdivision is required, the <br />preliminary plat shall be prepared in accordance <br />with the Ramsey City Code, §9.50. <br /> <br />1~.2. Preliminary Plat and Site Plan Review Process. <br /> <br />Pre-meeting with 'City Staff. Prior to making an <br />official application to the City, the applicant shall <br />meet with City Staff. City staff shall review the <br />development with all '?elevant ordinances and <br />en~ure compatibility with the Town Center Master <br />P'lan ahd Development Guidelines~he intent and <br /> <br />ii. <br /> <br />A Preliminary Plat and Site Plan shall be prepared <br />in accordance with the regulations of this Chapter <br />and shall submit the plan to the Zoning <br />Administrator 304-5 days prior to the public hearing. <br /> <br />iii. <br /> <br />The Preliminary Plat and Site Plan shall be <br />submitted to the City staff for review and comment, <br />to insure compliance with other City codes and <br />regulations. <br /> <br />iv. <br /> <br />Th"e Preliminary Plat and Site Plan shall be <br />submitted to the Town Center Review Board for its <br />review and comment. The Town Center Review <br />Board shall review the proposed project for its <br />compatibility with the Town Center Master Plan <br />and Development Guidelinesesign St~ndar~ and <br />make a recommendation to the Planning <br />Commission and City regarding the proposed <br />development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission shall hold a public <br />hearing on the Preliminary Plat and Site Plan.
