Mike LeBlanc, 7560 149th Avenue, indicated he lives in Pineview Estates 2nd Addition. He <br />noted he was set up for commercial and residential. He advised that in a past meeting, <br />Chairperson Nixt had a concern that this area was land locked, and he commented he has had <br />some discussion with the developer, who wants to acquire some of the back of his land. He <br />stated his concerns are land locking 630-foot lots, and also the traffic on 149th Avenue. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt noted the traffic on 149th Avenue is one of Staff's concerns as well. He stated <br />that as for the land locking, the situation existed when the PUD was created, and not because <br />Brightkeys is there. <br /> <br />Mr. LeBlanc asked if he increases his building from the current 13% allowable to 100%, will the <br />new neighbors have a problem being next to a commercial building. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt stated they will be aware of the situation when they move there. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Chairperson Nixt to continue the public hearing <br />for preliminary plat review of Town Center Gardens to June 26, 2003 or June 25, 2003. <br /> <br />Mr. Dommer asked what his responsibilities are before this meeting. He noted they only <br />received the engineer's comments today. He indicated the traffic study is outside of his control. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon stated they will do everything they can to meet that date. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Brauer, Shepherd, Van <br />Scoy and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Reeve. <br /> <br />Case #13: <br /> <br />Request for Site Plan Review of Town Center Gardens; Case of BrightKeys <br />Development Corporation <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Johnson to table the request for Site <br />Plan review of Town Center Gardens to June 26, 2003 or June 25, 2003. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Brauer, Shepherd, Van <br />Scoy and Watson. Voting No: None.
